Walking the Menopause

Recognising the benefits of walking and being in nature I create and lead site-specific Menopause Walks.

These bespoke walks are created with and for individuals and groups. I also lead monthly and seasonal Menopause Walks. Each walk has a menopause theme and invites participants to tune into the landscape and environmental forces.
