Vibrant Matter is located at The Space, Unit 7-1-8 Cameron House, White Cross Industrial Estate, Lancaster, LA1 4XQ.
The clinic is accessible by lift.

I run my clinic Wednesday pm (fully booked until May 2025) and all day Thursday and Friday.
Wednesday 1pm – 6pm (fully booked).
Thursday 9am – 6pm.
Friday 9am – 5pm.
If these days and times do not work please make contact and we will try to accommodate you.

I offer 60 min appointments at the following times:
Morning: 9am, 10.15am, 11.30am.
Afternoon: 12.45pm, 2.15pm, 3.30pm, 4.45pm.
Times vary if a client books a 90 min appointment.

Vibrant Matter has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged at full fee.
At least 48-hours notice must be given to avoid incurring a charge.
If you are feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment. If late notice, the cancellation policy will apply.

Deposit is required on booking. Balance payable on the day of treatment.
Payments can be paid in cash or by bank transfer (Stripe pay coming soon). Bank details will be given at the time of booking. Where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by e-mail.

Parking
There is free on-site parking but please register your car with reception to avoid a fine.
At busy times of the day there can be limited parking so leave time to register your car and find a space.
