I have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Please notify me as quickly as possible if you are unable to attend a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice the full session fee must be paid. Please note it is the clients responsibility to start the session on time and that the session will finish on time even if the start has been delayed. Full fee payment will still be required.

If you are feeling unwell please do not arrive for your appointment. Let me know in good time and we can move your appointment. Cancellation policy applies.

Sessions are to be paid either before or on the day.

Payments can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. My bank details will be given at the time of booking. Where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by e-mail.

Wednesday 9.30am – 5.30pm.

Thursday 9.30am – 7.00pm.

Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.

If these times do not work for you please make contact and I will try to accommodate you.

Croftlands Practice, 24 Westbourne Road, Lancaster, LA1 5DB.

Croftlands Practice is on the corner of Westbourne Road and Fairfield Road. The entrance to the practice is at the back of the house (number 24 Westbourne Road) and can be reached from Fairfield Road through a white gate in the boundary wall. Please come in and take a seat in the waiting area where I will meet you.

There is free parking on nearby roads. Please ask me for a map which shows where, and the walking time to the practice. If you travel by train, we are a 2-minute walk from Lancaster train station.
