I have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Please notify me as quickly as possible if you are unable to attend a session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice the full session fee must be paid. Please note it is the clients responsibility to start the session on time and that the session will finish on time even if the start has been delayed. Full fee payment will still be required.

If you are feeling unwell please do not arrive for your appointment. Let me know in good time and we can move your appointment. Cancellation policy applies.

Sessions are to be paid either before or on the day.

Payments can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. My bank details will be given at the time of booking. Where receipts are requested by the client, they will be sent by e-mail.

Wednesday 9am – 5.30pm.

Thursday 9am – 5.30pm.

Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

If these times do not work please make contact and we will try to accommodate you.

Vibrant Matter is located at Lancaster Manual Therapy, Unit 4.2 Harper's Mill, White Cross Industrial Estate, Lancaster.

By foot

If you are arriving by foot you can enter White Cross Industrial Estate either via:

The canal tow path – go through a black gate (just after the White Cross Pub as if you are walking toward the hospital) and opposite the Aalborg Place apartment block.

Once inside the Industrial Estate Harper’s Mill is directly ahead of you. Follow the building (past Fat Media) to get to the main steps at the front, opposite REXEL electricals.

South Road (A6) – go past reception (you can register your car here), under the tunnel & between Richmond House & Cameron House. Then, Harper’s Mill is ahead, on the right. To get to the main steps at the front, walk round to the far side of the building (past Fat Media), the entrance is on the right, opposite REXEL electricals.

Quarry Road – go past the education building on the right. Harper’s Mill is ahead round the corner from Fat Media and opposite Rexel Electricals.

By Car

You can access the White Cross estate via the main entrance on South Road (A6) opposite the RLI (hospital) or, the side entrance on Quarry Road.

Parking

There is free on-site parking but please register your car with reception to avoid a fine

If you arrive  via the main entrance please register your vehicle at reception, stating you are visiting Louise at Lancaster Manual Therapy. This will avoid a parking fine.

Alternatively, if you arrive through via the Quarry Road entrance let Louise know your car registration and she can email reception.

 At busy times of the day there can be limited parking so leave time to find a space.
